RATES AND RESERVATIONS

Rates:

  • Sockeye unit: $115/per night single or double occupancy.  5% discount for stays of 5 consecutive nights or more.
  • Coho unit: $130/per night single or double occupancy. 5% discount for stays of 5 consecutive nights or more.
  • King Suite: $150/per night for single or double. $180 for 3 or 4. 5% discount for stays of 5 consecutive nights or more.
  • 11% sales/bed tax in addition to occupancy rate.

Combinations of Units:

  • Coho and Sockeye units: $220/per night for up to 4 people. 5% discount for stays of 5 consecutive nights or more.
  • King and Sockeye units: $270/per night for up to 6 people. 5% discount for stays of 5 consecutive nights or more.
  • King and Coho together: $280/per night for up to 6 people. 5% discount for stays of 5 consecutive nights or more.
  • 11% sales/bed tax in addition to occupancy rate.

 

To guarantee a reservation, a deposit must be secured at least 3 weeks prior to arrival. If the number of nights requested is less than three nights, the total amount will be due. Until a deposit or the full amount is received, the unit is considered to be available.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

 

  Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival in order for full refund to be issued.  Notification of cancellation that is less than 15 days will result in a charge for the first night and subsequent nights will be cancelled.
